GEL COAT GC 184 CLEAR PA SPRAYABLE

Description

Gel coat polyester GC 184, suitable for applications which require fire-retardant classification.   Gel coat GC 184 is thixotropic and pre-accelerated, meant to be used in spray applications.  Curing at ambient temperature with MEKP peroxide.  Classification M1F1 with the resin NORESTER® 080: certificate n° 007/51/044A dated 17/03/14 according to the Norms NF P92-507 / NF P92-501 and NF F 16-101 (norms NF X 70-100 and NF X 10-702).  Classification M1F1 with the resin NORESTER® 083: certificate n° 007/57/055A dated 02/04/15 according to the Norms NF P92-507 / NF P92-501 and NF F 16-101 (norms NF X 70-100 and NF X 10-702).  Classification M2F1 with the resin NORESTER® 056/130: M2 certificate n° 007/42/286A dated 06/11/12 according to the norms NFP92-507 / NFP92-501 and F1 certificate n° CCE F 007/42/286A dated 06/11/12 according to the norm NF F 16-101 (norms NF X 70-100 and NF X 10-702).  The GC 184 White requires to the classification 96/98 CE dated on 20/12/96 according to navy fittings (IMO) with the resin NORESTER® 80.  The GC 184 White requires to the classification 96/98 CE dated on 20/12/96 according to navy fittings (IMO) with the resin NORESTER® 83.  Specific Optical Density < 200 at 4 minutes with the resin NORESTER® 80: report n° 09-002-561 (A1) dated on 26/08/2009 (according to the norm ASTME 662).  Flame Spread Index Is < 35 with the resin NORESTER® 80: report n° 09-002-561 (A1) dated on 26/08/2009 (according to the norm ASTME 162).  HL2 with the resin NORESTER® 80 certificate 007/49/343 B dated 27/01/14 according to the norm EN 45545.  Classed B2D2T2 with the resin NORESTER® 85 following the norms GOST 12.1.044-89 and 30402-96.
