Dual hole inlet, quaddro static mixer for 200ml 400,ml and 490ml dual component F-System epoxy type cartridges. Stepped outlet. MFQ static mixers are used for dispensing adhesives from two-part 200 ml and 400 ml (dual) plastic “F-Style” cartridges. MFQ static mixers are “green square” Quadro products.
Mixers can be used with epoxy, polyurethane, silicone, and a variety of other adhesives and sealants. Applications include electronic component potting, automotive, communications, automotive, aerospace, biodiesel, wind and solar energy devices and many others. F-Style mixers have two discrete inlet port holes that allow the F-style cartridge to deliver material into the mixer with minimal cross-contamination.
These mixer nozzles are suitable for 4:1 and 10:1 ratio two-component materials. They have green inner elements and are constructed of high-grade polypropylene. High quality mixer nozzles for use with twin cartridges. All items are industrial grade safe and silicone free. 10mm ID x 24 mixing elements. Use with F System dual cartridges only. All parts are industrial grade and silicone free.
